Admission Process
The application form must be duly completed and submitted to the college office along with the registration fee within two days of the announcement of the S.S.L.C. results. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Each student whose application is successfully registered will receive an intimation letter. Any student who is called for an interview must be accompanied by one of their parents and must bring the intimation letter along with the following documents.
- S.S.L.C. Marks Card (original) together with four attested photostat copies of it.
- Transfer Certificate (original) from the institution last attended and an attested photocopy of the same.
- Conduct Certificate (original).
- Six recent passport size photographs.
- Students from states other than Karnataka who seek admission to I P.U.C. in this institution shall pay a fee, as prescribed by the Karnataka P.U. Board, in addition to the college fees towards eligibility Certificate.
- Students who have studied S.S.L.C. abroad and seek admission in our institution must produce an eligibility certificate , obtained from the Karnataka P.U. Board, Bangalore.
- Necessary documents should be submitted to the office within 15days of admission. Failure to do so will entail a penalty.
- TC from schools of districts other than D.K. must be countersigned by the respective DEO. TC from schools of foreign countries must be countersigned by the authorities of the Indian Embassy.

Detail of the fees to be paid will be conveyed to each candidate on selection. These fees are to be paid on the following day itself. Failure to comply with this regulation entails forfeiture of the seat. A student will receive his Admit Card only after paying all the prescribed fees and producing the receipts at the appropriate counter of the college office.

The College has been accredited ‘A’ Grade by the Karnataka P.U. Board for the excellent results in the Board Examinations.

Examinations
Two unit test 35 marks for practical subjects, 50 for non-practical subjects Mid term exam 70 for practical subjects, 100 for non-practical subjects.
FINAL Examination – 70/100 (Subjects with practicals / Non-practicals respectively).
